4. Delivery via Pos Laju:Clothes/Accessories - RM7 (WM), RM9 (EM)Extra charges will apply according to weight.
5. COD may be discussed, at my convenience (PJ area). Extra charges will apply!
6. No returns/refunds/exchanges.
7. I will not be responsible for damages/loss of items in transit.
8. Prices are non-negotiable.
9. The apparels shown in the picture might have slightly difference due to lighting in photoshooting. We would like to stress that we do not guarantee the shown apparels will have resemblance to the actual apparel.
Steps in ordering
1. Send me a form under the section “Contact Us” with the following: Name, address, contact no, item and method of payment.
2. Payment to be made within 3 days of confirmation. If a buyer does not make the payment within 3 days, Simply Downright reserves the right to cancel the order and resell the item without prior notice.
3. Item will be posted within 7 days or earlier from payment date.
4. All enquiries will be attended to within 24 hours.
5. Simply Downright will not be held responsible of lost parcel. We will ensure the best and safest way to send over your parcel.
6. Simply Downright has the rights to change any terms and condition without prior notice.
